Return & Refund Policy
At High Olive LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered the fulfillment process. To cancel, visit your Account page or contact us at team@higholive.com.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
To initiate a return, email team@higholive.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Alternatively, we may offer a promo credit on your High Olive LLC account at your request.
Subscriptions
You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellations take effect after a 7-day grace period during which you may resume your subscription. Charges already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable unless the order has not yet shipped.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unclaimed gift cards expire after 12 months from purchase.
