A Moment of Gratitude

High Olive would like to express its deep respect and gratitude for the Olive Tree

The olive tree has stood beside humanity for millennia.

Its presence has moved through ancient landscapes, shared tables, sacred rituals, and daily life.

Drawn from its fruit, olive oil has long served as food, blessing, and source of light.

It nourishes the body, comforts the skin, and carries a sense of warmth and healing.

It has been a balm for our wounds and a branch to offer peace.

May we express our gratitude for this abundant form of life.

Mount Olympus

Our grove sits just outside our hometown, near Mount Olympus, held by grass, cloud, and altitude. Minimally tended and woven into the surrounding forest, our olive trees grow almost wild. The wet mountain climate lends the oil a lighter, softer character.

Kalamata

Our family’s 200-year-old grove lies in Kalamata, a landscape of seaside hills, mineral-rich soil, and scorching hot summers. Here, Koroneiki fruit gathers sunlight with concentration, warmth, and a vivid green spirit, yielding an oil of intense flavor and peppery character.
